Do your cleaners have blue cards?
All of them are police-checked but only some have blue cards. If you want to have a cleaner with a blue card, just let us know when you book.
What should I do to prepare before a cleaner arrives?
Generally, all you have to do is make sure the cleaner can access the premises and make sure that any objects on the floor or lawn are picked up. It may be a good idea to keep small children and pets away from the area being serviced too, but we understand that this isn’t always possible. If there are any other instructions, we’ll let you know.
Do your cleaners use their own equipment and supplies?
Yes, they do. If you would like them to use a specific cleaning product, please let us know when you book.
Do I have to be home during a service?
No you don’t, as long as our cleaner or mower can access the area needing the service. If the cleaner requires a key or security code, please inform our office staff when you book.
If I need some other cleaning done that isn’t listed on your website, can your staff do it?
Maybe, so feel free to ask when you book. Some of our cleaners have experience and equipment for jobs that are requested less frequently. If we don’t do it ourselves, we might also know someone who does.
Do you require a minimum number of hours for a clean?
Yes, ARMIA Cleaning Services requires a minimum of 3 hours for household cleaning and NDIS participants.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or bank transfer. Bank account details will be on your estimate or invoice.
What if I need to cancel or re-schedule a service?
Just let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is on our Booking and Payment page.
How can I give feedback on my service?
We call our clients regularly to verify that you’re satisfied with your service. We also value unsolicited feedback by phone or email, both positive and negative.
You can also like our Facebook page or give us a review on various sites around the internet.
Are you hiring now?
We are always interested in interviewing experienced cleaners and mowers. If we can’t bring you on board immediately, we may hold your information on file. Check our Work With Us page for the latest updates.
