We aim to be as fair with pricing as possible. That’s why we don’t ask you to email us for a quote, we put everything on our website for everyone to see. That way, you can be sure that our prices are transparent and we aren’t charging you more because you live in a wealthy suburb, for example. Our prices are mainly influenced by the size of the job, the state of cleanliness, and the optional extra services desired. See each service’s page for a price list.
When you book a service, our staff will send you a more detailed estimate. In most cases, the charge will be the actual price. However, there are cases where we may have to adjust the estimate, such as when we need to see for ourselves whether the lawn is overgrown.
We prefer payments to be made by bank transfer, but we also accept cash when the cleaner arrives. Account details will be included on your quote. If you book multiple services, you can pay for them individually or together (on a monthly basis, for example).
You don’t have to be present for a scheduled service, but some customers prefer it. If that’s the case, we understand that sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule. That’s OK, just let us know as soon as you can so we don’t have to send one of our cleaners to a job they won’t be able to complete. If you give us over 24 hours notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
